I love the material but feels like it’s not for a adult. It’s tight around the arms

Tight fitting in arms. I usually wear a small. I returned the small for a medium. Still a little snug but wearable!

I think it must be juniors size- I wear a size Medium but got a Large because it looked small and it was still really tight. But it was cute and went with my racing theme Halloween costume.
