Amaryllis Gift Box Set Red Flowering Amaryllis includes Pot & Potting Compost

Considering the price and being a "gift" it comes in a plastic pot and expensive. Still requires a proper container so giving it as a gift is pointless. Bought the same thing over Xmas from supermarket with ceramic pot for half the price.

Easy to grow - one flower stem with 4 heads - while it looks great 1 star deducted as it turned out white and pink - see photo

It was growing flowers all ready dead but bulb not to bad if you no how to grow them you will be just fine

Ive ordered 3 of these. Arrived in time. But Im not sure where are they stored, as when all of them arrived there was a dead flower inside. Basically it bloomed inside the package and then got sold to me.Waste of time and a bit embarrassing -as those were little gifts for my colleagues

Terrible! Been growing amaryllus for over 25years. This was terrible. Expecting to flower for Christmas. Not a chance. One leaf that's all. Cheap shoddy plastic pot worth pence. Insufficient compost as well. Should have asked for a refund. Will not buy plants from Amazon again. One star purely for prompt delivery.

Awful. All three were growing in the box and beyond the point at which they could be planted and flourish. Bulbs had almost gone, soft and squishy. Just hopeless - will never order again. You might be OK if ordering in the run up to Christmas. Money totally wasted.
