Great mat for body weight and low resistance exercises like abs, glute bridges, Pilates, yoga and stretching. I wanted something thicker than a yoga mat to protect my knees and elbows but not a gymnastics mat and something portable so this was perfect for me. It’s very plush and thick and seems like it will last a long time. I’d not recommend this for doing plyometrics or HIIT because I think the mat would get caught on your shoes. In a pinch you could use this to sleep in the back of your car, or for a child’s sleepover mat, too. It also comes with free 30 days of workouts online and a little strap to keep it rolled up while you carry it.

Excellent mat and perfect size and thickness. It’s so soft and making the work out very comfortable and strain free on the knees or elbows. Light in weight and can be carried easily on the go. I highly recommend it.

A great mat for home workouts and P Volve workouts. I would not recommend this mat for yoga (too thick and too short) or for Pure Barre (too short), although it is about the same thickness as the Pure Barre mat. I LOVE P.volve, and this mat what just what I needed to complete my collection. It is comfortable, does not bunch up when I have to rotate, and a much better cushion than a regular yoga mat. You can't go wrong adding it to your collection!

No way is this mat going to last! Product seems used, arrived with torn cardboard sleeve and rubbed off areas on mat, didn't even bother opening it. Ordered 4 of their items and all had defects. Sadly sending them all back. Low quality.

I've been looking for a mat to do at home work outs that was not too big and this one is perfect! It's about two inches thick and provides great support during yoga and strength training sessions. It also comes with a wrapping band that keeps it rolled up for easy storage.
