Integrative, practical, psychological, mystical guide for healing oneself, relationships...and the world
As a Jungian psychologist, social worker, life-long human rights and justice activist, and student of life mysteries, this is the most integrative book I have ever read. I found it as part of a healing journey - recovery from a sudden little-understood illness. I now thank that illness for leading me to this book and process work. I had "aha" moments reading it - on about every two pages! Applying the very practical techniques included in detail in the book, I am experiencing pain relief, a deep understanding of my symptoms, and psychological growth. Highly recommended!

Examples of process work
This book is basically a series of transcribed workshops where one of the author is discussing his techniques with the people at the workshop. If you've already read the other books about process work, this won't show you anything new and although its a demonstration of the process you can still get concrete examples in other works. It's not an absolute essential if you're already familiar with the author's other work.

Healing is art
It's great to have an insight into the process work put it to work. As an artist, I noticed big similarities with art processes.

My favorite of all of Arny's books
This book is based on live workshops at Esalen. It captures the experience of working with Arny and Amy vividly. It's like receiving a direct transmission of the spirit and method of Process Work. I expect to read it over and over.
