No. The mounting holes did not match up, also had to order hardware. Pondered sending it back, but didn't,spent 3 hrs on it.

Perfect fit!

Perfect fit and a very easy installation. I recommend wet sanding with 1,000 grit. Clean it with some glass cleaner. Prime it and paint it. I used Rust-Oleum 2 + 2 ultra flat black spray paint.
