The boats are great, really comfy. However in the picture the boots have the word, gracosy, embroidered by the zip. My boots have the letters BJ written on the side. This has brought endless amusement to my friends and everyone that has seen them.

I am delighted with my purchase. Heading advice from other reviews went up a size as these boots are fur lined. I had an occasion where I knew I would be walking all day so as soon as I received them I put them on to break in, there was no need they were comfortable all day straight away. They are waterproof too, being put to the test in all the recent snow.

Now that the weather has turned, I needed a winter shoe for walking the dog. Let's be honest, they do look like 'old lady boots' but the dark colour and comfort win out. They are surprisingly warm and sturdy, with quality zips. I have taken a star off, as the fleecy insole moves or comes out when taking them off. I got some double sided tape to secure them, and it seems to be working (little tip for you).Time will tell how long they will last, but so far so good!

I bought these boots for our trip to Prague just before Christmas. They are really warm and very comfy. I'm a size 4 so I ordered size 4 and they fit perfectly. We walked all around Prague and they didn't cause any problems at all. I'm not sure about the waterproof quality as fortunately it was dry, but I did also treat them with a spray-on water repellant from Mountain Warehouse just in case.I also wore them to a craft fair (I was selling) so I was standing in a very cold marquee for 4 hours in December with nothing on the floor but grass/mud. All the other stallholders were complaining that their feet were freezing. Mine were toasty!Overall I am really pleased, these are great boots for the money and really do keep your feet toasty warm. Will be taking them to Norway at the end of the year!

I am really enjoying these boots. I haven't worn them in the snow or rain yet, so I can't say if they will be water proof . I have wide feet (eee) and these fit me fine and are so comfy. I really like the side zip and think they look great with jeans. I'm tempted to buy another pair- maybe the ankle boots. in brown.

My new dog walking boots. Went a size up, as advised by one reviewer, and fits like a glove. Sprayed it with waterproofing stuff and looking forward to my next walk in the park. You do wonder what you will get for that price, but these boots came in a cotton dust bag, I love them, and next pension day will order another pair. Highly recommended from me.

I took the advice from previous reviewers and ordered a size up which just about fit ok and think they will be better once worn in a bit. The size 6 ordered is more like a size 5UK (I am usually a UK 5 to 5.5) so definitely go a size up and take into account thickness of winter socks. Update: Have only worn about 8-10 times and one has just started to leak. Did not expect them to last forever but this is a disappointment given the amount and short duration wear they have had.

I am a size 5 normally but took others advice and went up half a size and ordered 5.5 and they fit perfectly so I'm glad I did that. I can't vouch for them being waterproof or not as I am yet to wear them in the rain but don't intend to anyway unless I get caught out. I've just road tested them up to my local shops and my feet were comfortable and toasty warm. so at the moment so far so good. I just want to update this review I made a few weeks ago. I've just been caught out in a right downpoor and my feet stayed dry and warm so these boots get a big thumbs up from me. In fact I'm so happy with these that I have sent for another pair in blue.
