If making bread run it through twice
It works perfectly and is a great grinder BUT... IF YOU DONT have a bunch of fine sisters, run it through twice and it's easier than sifting anyways. It breaks down the grain further and keeps the bread in tact. The forst time I used it, my einkorn bread fell apart. It was crumbly, delicious but not uniform. It's definitely the best price for what you get. I'm lovong this one and it doesn't heat the grains.

Awesome Mill
Use it every week. Mostly for milling oat flour. I have also milled wheat berries and I just love the flour. This is a wonderful product with a very long lifespan and 15 year warranty. You cannot find any other mill on the market for that.
