I am sure I owned this book when it was first distributed by Costco, but got rid of it because I prefer to eat simpler - fish and veggies. However, I now cook each Sunday evening for my family and shop at Costco beforehand. Found this at Goodwill and when my son-in-law thumbed through it, he wanted a copy. It has some great recipes with fresh food and prepared food. Nice combo. this came from a private seller quickly and in the condition indicated.

I admit that I unexpectedly and unintentionally came across this book Home Cooking The Costco Way by Tim Talevich (Editor) and Mary M Ostyn (Forward) via a thrift store near where my husband and I currently reside when I was getting some fitness pants and some t shirts for my husband and I. This book Home Cooking The Costco Way is definitely a bargain for the cheap cost that I paid for it because of the following recipes; marinated pork chops with roasted grapes, rib meat nachos, pasta fruit salad, mediterranean potatoes, chocolate cake with berries, roasted red pepper and artichoke bisque,and more.

I was buying the book for a friend the book had dark marks all around it.It look like somebody wasted something all over it.I was very unhappy with how old this book looked. I couldn't be live somebody would try to sale a book that look so old & bad .You are make Amazon look bad.
