This Multicolored Filament is a Game-Changer for My 3D Printing
After using the multicolored filament, I have noticed that it has a glossy finish which gives my prints a polished and professional look. The colors are not as vibrant as I initially thought, but the glossy finish more than makes up for it. The filament is easy to work with and produces consistent, high-quality prints. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this multicolored filament to anyone looking to add a colorful look to their 3D printing projects. The attached image shows how the colors change from one end to another. This hand weighs about 175g, and as you can see, it does not change colors rapidly.

Worth trying...
Things started good with this filament. I had good adhesion, color and consistency was good but then things got messy. During a print a section of the spool suddenly snapped off, upon I soection there were bits of what appeared to be ground up filament everywhere (under, around and on my printer even on the spool) these bits were of a color that I had yet to reach on the spool. Soon after I began to have argesion problems, everything from curling to just plain not sticking, I switched back to some Hatchbox and fired up the same print without changing any setting or adjusting the bed and it adhered and completed with no issues. I switched back to this and broke out the hairspray to solve the adhesion issue only to encounter stringing and even a few blobs, I adjusted temperature, retraction speed you name it and although I can improve it, I can't get rid of all the issues, which I didn't have during the intial print prior to the spool explosion and didn't have with the Hatchbox. I tried contacting the seller but haven't gotten a response so for now I'm taking this filament off my list, I'll try the StrongHero3d Rainbow filament and see if I get better results.*Update* - I've continued using the first spool and have gotten some really nice prints, still having some issues with string and random crumbles of filament but the color and final print quality have given me enough hope to try a second spool and see if I get better results.

No red
I do love these rainbow filaments. They create some very beautiful prints. However, 2 things. 1) Don't expect to get reds. Every rainbow filament I have worked with has been beautiful pastels in purple, pink, gold, yellow, green and blue. 2) If you want an actual color shift in your print, you better be printing pretty large. The colors do not transition rapidly enough for small prints to have a color shift unless it is close to a shift on the roll anyway. The drawers in the picture where printed on the Geeetech A20M which is a dual filament printer with color mixing technology. I unfortunately had to send back the A20M due to many issues. The cat yarn bowl and the cat shelf bracket where printed on the Creality CR-10S Pro which I got to replace the Geeetech A20M. Reviews on both coming soon. None of these prints are my own design and can be found on thingiverse.

Absolutely love the colors, trouble with supports
If you’re going for color, this filament has better colors than any other “rainbow” filament I’ve used so far, and the length of each color is shorter, meaning you still see the multicolor effect in medium or sometimes small parts. The drawbacks to this filament are that it doesn’t extrude as consistently as filament made from virgin material, and I had a lot of trouble getting my supports to print correctly (at the same slicer settings that have worked in the past for me for several other filament types). For example, in the photo attached I had to try 3 or 4 times to get the supports for the spiral to work, and finally resorted to manually designing the supports as I found the supports offered by my slicer just weren’t strong enough to support the overhang (even when made thicker/closer together) when printing with this filament.

Different Color Change frequency across spools
I purchased and consumed one entire spool -- this first spool had nice, frequent color changes and I liked it so much I ordered a second spool only one week later. The second spool had FAR fewer color changes, though the silky sheen of the filament matched the first spool, and the the label on the spool was the same as well. It's a great filament that prints nice, but beware the frequency of color change may not be the same one spool to the next.

Vibrant and colorful, but too long between color changes for small prints.
So I really like this product, and really want to love it, but the colors are just too far apart to be useful on small prints. On really large and complex prints this is perfect and fits the bill, but know that the colors take a while to change and may not show up on smaller prints. Otherwise, its vibrant, great colors, good feel and strong consistent prints.

Nice filament, prints well, color change doesn't happen often
This has a color change every ~100g, so 10 times on the roll, not great for small pieces. That being said the sheen is quite nice, especially with the brighter colors and it does print well, bit hotter than some of the other PLA's that I have tried, but only like 5 degrees. Also the color change is a bit gradual, probably happens over around a 10g range or so.

Great Color and color changing Frequency. Silk like color
This filament prints great at 215C and looks great. Colors are similar to silky filaments and the colors really pop. Color changes about every 40 grams of filament. I am guessing you get about 15 full color changes or more per roll depending on what you consider a color change. As you can see color changes seem to start and stop as the color goes back and forth between two colors until it changes completely. I am printing 4 Valentine hearts at a time and they look great. The more items you print at once the more color changes you will get. Vacuum package and packed well with descant.
