Is this as good as the OroGold eye syrum that they used to sell in mall stores?

I never purchased a similar product to this in any mall store. I previously purchased a product like this through a beauty products & facial spa business in Corona Del Mar. It was VERY expensive. It did seem to work a little better than this ORO24KARAT product in that it did not get so flaky and rough-looking after it dries as this less expensive product does. This product must be used VERY sparingly under the eyes to get the desired tightening effect without creating an odd-looking flaky texture.

Once you apply do you rub it in making circles or left to right movement. Do you continue to rub it in until it is feeling dry?

Application: Shake well. Over clean, slightly damp face, tap a very small amount of cream over areas of concern, until fully absorbed. Do Not Rub. Stay motion-less for 2-3 minutes and feel your skin stretching. A white layer indicates you have over-applied and to be removed with a slightly wet cotton ball. Re-apply syringe cap between applications. Use as needed.

Does this work on the creases from nose and down around your mouth
