I particularly liked the idea behind this product and the ease with which I could see within my ear. I have a lot of ear infections and this helps me se which part of the ear is poorly. I did not give five starts as the tools that come with this are difficult to use/manage when relying on the camera, and the plastic one has sharp edges. Otherwise a great product well priced

Bought this to investigate a problem inside my ear. The unit works well, accompanying software on a mini cd installs without any issues and everything was working within 30 seconds of opening the box. The internal LEDs are adjustable for brightness and the small ring shaped attachment helps removing debris. Excellent and cost effective. Why only 4 stars? The unit came with 2 clear plastic "spoon" like things which do not appear to serve a purpose and cannot be attached but are mentioned in the manual as glue ear spoons. Other than that, wholly recommended.

i was searching an endoscope but ended buying this one. used to detect cables inside cavity wall. useful little tool

The quality of this product is just bad. Image is not sharp, and only works if you see the object at a certain distance. The plug is flimsy, it keeps disconnecting. Holding it is really awkward.1 month and 2 days and the LED stops working and the return window is closed.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS IS LESS THAN £5

I mainly get used as an otoscope and suffer from chronic ear infections. I showed this image to the doctor and he was impressed with the quality. I use it to connect to my Windows 10 PC using the native camera app without any problems. The cable is very long and has a dial that adjusts the brightness of the LED. Very good product, recommend to friends.

Received the otoscope, used for half a month, and the effect is very good! It doesn't matter if I connect my phone. I do have to reinstall the app on my smartphone to get it working. Beautiful and clear images, as shown, are easy to use. Better than ordinary otoscopes, it is also easy to see in children's ears. Easy to check the ears.

I tried this device on my Android phone first, it should have been compatible but although the camera was detected I was left with a black screen, similar story on my Windows 10 laptop but it worked first time on my Windows 7 desktop.The streaming video quality is reasonable for the money and certainly good enough to see if you have anything in your ear. The tip does get quite warm very quickly and therefore it is advisable to use one of the clip on plastic extensions, this give correct focus and stops the warm tip touching your ear.

I'd love to review this product once I've managed to get it to work. If I get it to work. I've downloaded CameraFi on to my iPad but it doesn't seem to work on there. The customer discussions (which I can't find again) say it doesn't work on iPhones and may not work on iPads. So I've tried to use it on the laptop, but the laptop doesn't support Google PlayStore and I can't download CameraFi on to the laptop. So the suggestion is to use the mini disk that comes with the product, but my laptop doesn't have a CD drive. I've tried the mini CD in an old laptop with a CD drive but it doesn't work. Nada. Nothing. Doesn't move. So I can't review the product.
