Very nice product. I read reviews for several of these products but something kept bringing me back to this one. People complained about how difficult it is to assemble. This is false! On the contrary, it was quite easy to put together. Personally, it was already partly assembled.I do agree that the instructions are useless as it's almost impossible to read. For folks who might have problems, I suggest a larger font size should be used.The product is sturdy, looks beautiful in the bathroom. You can store several towels at the top, and hang others. I would not put heavy items on it, just towels and sponges. If you don't have a lot of space in your bathroom for towels, you need this product. It's excellent!Hopefully, it will last long. Time will tell.

Good looking and durable towel rack .

I remodeled a 100 yr old shotgun home in NOLA. As space is limited this sturdy & very function towel rack was perfect. The quality of the stainless steel is high. It is exposed to high humidity & looks like new so far. My contractor installed it with ease. I installed the same on the second project I finished recently & got good reviews from current homeowner. This item provides great storage & towels do get dry as plenty of space is provided. I’m extremely pleased with its quality & sturdiness. The price is great (less we’ll made products can cost more). Will definitely use this product again for small bathroom remodel.

I bought one a few months ago for one bathroom. It's not quite the ideal setup in my opinion. If the lower bar was the same depth as the upper bar, you'd be able to stack rolled towels in between them. I found plenty of alternative products that do exactly that in chrome, and they were great. This is better looking and matched our brushed nickel fixtures. I bought a second one last week to put into another remodeled bathroom, and this time it shipped without the mounting hardware. Irritating, and I'll return it... But to be honest, I'll probably buy another one exactly like it and hope it gets shipped with the mounting hardware.

Product is not like the one in hotels. For 100$, it is not even built heavy-duty. I would not install this in my bathroom, there is screw holding every piece together who will probably rust over time.
