Well - the jury's still out on these. The size is REALLY nice. Comparable to a beach towel. The bag is a nice touch (works like a backpack). What's interesting is that if you wrap yourself in this while wearing a wet bathing suit, it almost seems like it's sucking the water into towel. So it's super absorbent - but it takes a little patience. As far as the drying time, I'm not sure it's as "magical" as one would like to believe. I think that volume of water and how quickly it takes the atmosphere to evaporate it is really what determines the time needed. So on a humid day, perhaps it takes longer than at an arid poolside in Arizona.It's light. And packable. So I purchased specifically to take to Hawaii. I don't want to lug giant cushy towels around (and add the weight of wet sand to that). I'm hoping they soften up a bit after some use. Directions say don't put in the dryer though, so they may continue to feel a bit like a chamois.All in all, though, I think the price was fair and we'll get much use from these.

This towel is a revelation. It's super light and compact, great for traveling and packing neatly whether you going to a beach or attending a sweaty hot yoga class.I have purchased one in green and quickly discovered; it's far from being an ordinary towel. It's literally a 'King Towel' not only in terms of size but also in the quality of experience it gives you. Truly Royal; I couldn't believe how quickly It dried my skin and how silky smooth it felt when I wrapped myself in it; it felt like another layer of my own skin.Being a lover of multipurpose usage I have also discovered it can be used as a meditation throw, luxurious bed sheet or even a table cloth. I bought this towel as a summer beach/pool towel and i'm very impressed!The design is stylish (i got the mint green colour) and you can tell it is made with quality materials. This was my first time buying a microfiber towel and while it it definitely feels different to a normal cotton towel don't let this put you off! It is super smooth to the touch and more importantly it is very effective at drying you off and i found that the towel itself dries a lot quicker than a regular towel, making it perfect for the beach!The towel is bigger than it looks but it packs down to a very manageable size and comes with a handy travel bag, again making it perfect for travelling with.Overall this is a good quality product that looks nice and does the job. It is lightweight and easy to travel with, i will be using it on all future trips!

The more I travel, the fewer things I pack because I know that I need to carry them from place to place. At the same time, I need to bring what I need to have with me.I have a small microfiber cloth that I use to clean my camera lens and a larger one that I use to wash my face. Neither of these is large enough to use at the beach. 

I’m so happy I found this beach towel.I ordered the green one, being ecological. I like the design and I like that it comes in a carrying bag.

It arrived on the same day as the book I bought so I would have something to read when I’n lying on the towel. (Dan Hicks - I Scare Myself).

The towel exceeded my expectations. It's a bit larger than a standard beach towel, but more compact in its carrying bag than a cotton towel would have been.

I took it on a field test, laid down with the book alongside. I like to lie my head on a pillow. If I don’t wear too many clothes, I can stuff them in the color coordinated sack and use it as a pillow. 

 I carry the towel and my book on my back, leaving my hands free to flag down a ride to the beach, and when I get to the beach, I’ve got ample space my me and my stuff, and if anyone wanders up to compliment my taste in towels, I’ve got room for them on the towel.

The best things about this towel is the attention to detail in design, materials, packaging and size (large on the ground, small on my back). Get one for yourself, and carry a book. You'll look smart on the beach.


Unfortunately, I found this towel right after my last diving trip to the Philippines. However, this towel is perfect for any type of travel, at any time of the year. I can't wait to get back on the road with this towel. Even around my apartment, this towel has already been super helpful. From days at the park (it's actually really comfortable and has the carrying case), to trips around the world, this towel is perfect for all environments. It's massive (as seen in the picture), but super lightweight and packable. It also comes in this blue color, which helps it look clean - even when I am slacking on getting a laundry load done. I bought this for a co worker who gave up their beach towel to stop a toilet overflow. There’s no coming back from that....upon receiving it, he’s skeptical due to the tablecloth vibe so I’ll update after he uses it...UPDATEMy boss used it at the beach after surfing and although he said it felt weird, it did dry everyone there surfing and didn’t get all sandy. I’d say this was a winner

Love this towel!I ordered one for taking to the beach because I was fed up with how much space a normal towel takes up and I also wanted something more lightweight. The reviews here sounded good, so I thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't disappointed! Not only is this towel probably almost twice the size of any other towels I own, but it probably weighs half the amount and packs up to be less than quarter of the size. The fast-drying factor really helps to keep it lightweight too.The design is really nice and it's made to a very high standard, it even has a cute embroidered logo and a lovely carry bag. I actually like the bag so much that I even use it when I'm not at the beach! What more can I say, a very happy customer here.
