what is the audio quality with phone calls?

Very good. I have Jabra Elite Sport and B&O E8’s and the MW’s are the best with Jabra a close second. I mention the other TWS’s I have because I use them all in different ways. Without question the 10MM drivers in the Master and Dynamics make them the best sounding by far. I know they are a little pricier but once you own them .... you realize you stole them. They are worth way more than why you pay.

Are these waterproof? Can you swim with them?

The MW07 have IPX4 splash proofing. You cannot swim in them.
