This peel is a steal.
The peel folds which is a real blessing for storage. I’d say the peel fits an 11 inch pizza on fine - it could be bigger, but then the storability would be compromised. The peel is thin and easy to scape a pizza from a floured surface onto the pizza stone in the oven. After a few minutes in a hot oven, you can use the peel to scrape the pizza off the stone, onto a board - and ultimately into my belly. Well made and easy to use. Not much more to say really!
