This product is nothing but a stressful and maddening useless piece of junk. I have bought this product 3 times, and each time it has failed to connect with my phone, let alone my other devices. It has really infuriated me, but not as much as their useless neglectful department has. The email offered on the product appears more or a legal checkmark than an actual attempt to appease consumer complaints as I have tried on multiple occasions to contact them, all to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This product is not what is expected, and does not function!!

Great hat for listening to music or audiobooks while taking a walk or working outdoors in the cold. Bluetooth linkup was effortless. Great purchase. Wish I had this a long time ago.

This was an amazing gift. It is super warm and the sound is GREAT!!

I accompany my husband to a monthly outdoor blacksmith guild meeting. It's not my hobby, but I am involved in the guild and like to support him. In the winter months, I really suffer in the cold as I have MS and cold can be brutal for me. Attendance varies, so sometimes there aren't other wives who don't care about watching the demonstrations either, so I can be left to my own devices at times. This cap is perfect, I can listen to music on my phone without having to worry with ear buds, and it keeps my head warm. Win/win.

I'm returning it. Three phones, two tablets, and the hat doesn't show up as available in the list of Bluetooth items.I've upgraded my rating. I tried one last time today, and amazingly it connected. Sound is good, but double check the orientation of the speakers. The speaker without controls was facing out, away from my ear. They're not physically attached to the hat so you can wash it, so I flipped it around.

The bluetooth device does not work at all. I should've read the other reviews before buying. I completely forgot to return the product during the time period. Don't waste your money on this product.
