Super fragrant!!!
Really fresh scent. I use for French cooking. a few teaspoons in a little pouch (sold on Amazon) and what a difference to the dish. Was worth the wait from USPS screw up.

Does not replace Spice Islands Bouquet Garni
This spice is not a replacement for the discontinued Spice Islands Bouquet Garni. Include stems which must be removed after cooking so the cook must put it in a bag for removal.
