Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch 2.3GHz Core i5, 256GB - Space Gray - 2017 (Renewed)

I purchased a refurbished Macbook Pro 13" in "Excellent" condition with 256 GB Storage and 8 GB RAM to have a facetime machine. I haven't tested it for a long facetime call yet, but out of the box, it really looks like a new laptop. The charging adapter has seen better days, but it does work. I was skeptical about my purchase after reading some reviews, but I'm very pleasantly surprised with what I received. I do think the packaging could have been better; I received a generic computer box lacking padding, and that box was sitting inside an amazon box with even less padding. I don't blame the seller for it rattling around the amazon box freely, but it seems to have arrived without any damage. The colors on the screen are vibrant and beautiful. I haven't noticed any screen burn-in. There aren't any scratches on it either; it looks brand new. The battery is in good shape with 115 charge cycles. The camera doesn't have any issues, and when it's on, the green LED light illuminates. The hinge feels good upon opening and closing. There's some light wear on the keys from previous usage, but nothing major. All the keys work and respond to a regular press. The microphone is also in good shape. It does run a little warm, though, I'm also installing updates onto it. I also haven't owned a macbook before, but I have heard they run a bit warm, even when new, so take what I said about the warmth with a grain of salt. If you're looking for a lightweight laptop to get you by in college, buying this as a refurb is a steal.

I bought this computer, needing it for school work, and was a cheap option for someone who didn’t have a big budget. It worked okay for about 4 months, had some issues such as the battery dying very fast and overheating a lot. Learned to live with it and only keep a few tabs open. Eventually, it stopped working, and wouldn’t let me do anything on the computer since the wifi wouldn’t enable. Took it to a repair place, turns out the motherboard was dying the whole time and didn’t have long left. Extremely upset that I spent 333 dollars on this product and Amazon won’t refund me or do anything at all since its about 1 month and a half past the return date. Which I understand, but obviously they need to have exceptions or make the return dates on these longer since they are CLAIMING that these are in “excellent condition” When they are on the brink of dying. Very unhappy that there has not been any problem solving on Amazon’s side. And if you buy one, if ANYTHING seems off immediately return the product because it will probably stop working justttt after the return date so they can short you a couple hundred of dollars! And what’s even better is that in order for them to fix my computer it would cost over 900 dollars…. When I payed over 300 dollars to get it in the first place. I would’ve been better off buying a brand new macbook then this crap :) Atleast it would have lasted me A LOT longer. It also came with a horrible covering on it that wasn’t even centered on the computer so I had to peel that off. I would like a refund or atleast half of my money back since this thing didn’t even last me half of a year. Waste of 300 dollars that goes to this stupid company.

working really good , just the A key on keybord sometimes doesn't work, but everything else , great, macbook turned off, but i got replacement right away , no issues, perfect , thank you guys!

Just got it today. No problems except the battery needs replacement it also looks really nice just a little dent on the end and the screen quality is really nice. but i’ll be back to update in a month.

So I was super happy cause the product came really fast, and looked to be in really good condition. I paid over 300 bucks for my son to have a school computer, all i really expected was some light work, internet surfing and some game play on Steam. Takes forever to turn on, ok a little understandable, plugged in and taking a while showing the apple logo and loading bar a few times finally turns on. Set it up, and its a little slow to respond and kinda glitchy, I figured i wasnt use to a laptop and it was a user error. Issue continues, leave it on the charger for over 2 hours and it only reaches 66%. Sigh, I remove the charger to continue working on the issues my son reported of apps not being found or downloaded, and it shuts down then shows the red battery and power cord icon. At this point I’m done, returning it, after having it for ONE afternoon. I dont expect perfection but I do expect it to be less than a headache to deal with. Super disappointed because i purchase often from amazon and was hesitant to purchase something kinda big for my family, but the amazon certified store or whatever had a great speech about how each product is inspected to meet the standards blah blah, I wont be making this mistake again and stick to non important smaller buys.

I needed a MacBook for my Photo Booth business. And found this amazing deal with a 4 year warranty and couldn’t believe the price. It arrived much sooner than I expected, it came with a charger and great condition. I would definitely recommend this seller and would definitely buy from them again.

Beautiful computer, and i’ve never had a macbook before. It was a little dirty, when i looked at the keyboard it had small stuff in it, nothing you can’t clean off. But it also came with dents, and little cuts. The battery life is also bad, it goes down pretty quickly whenever i use it. It could be at 66%, you look up and it’s immediately at 62%.

Needed a new laptop in a pinch for school and took a chance. Definitely believe it’s hit or miss with referbs, but my experience was positive! Physical computer is great with only one minor knick on the bottom. Screen and keyboard are perfect. Nothing was dirty, including usb-c ports, and so far battery has no problems.

Terrible product. Keyboard doesn't work, It is dirty and it has cracks. Do not make the same mistake i did and buy it.

Yes it’s refurbished but it does everything I need it to. And it’s wayyyy less $$ than a new one.

Very minor scratches but all keys work perfectly screen has some to no scratches. Definitely amazing for the price
