this is a perfect work out shirt. it's 95% cotton, 5% spandex, which i prefer over 100% synthetics. i prefer cotton for doing barbell squats because the bar doesnt slide as much as on a pure synthetic (Underarmor, Nike, etc), while the spandex gives it a little stretch. and for 8 bucks? can't beat it.
