This is a very useful garment which I purchased for use in the summer over T shirts. It suits my body shape, and can be worn with leggings, jeans or over a longer length dress as a layering piece. The fabric is light but has a weight to it due to its cotton content and the armholes are not too small as to restrict movement.

Flattering waistcoat with waterfall-style front. Fairly lightweight, so suitable as a 'cover-up' on a cool summer's evening. Good to wear over leggings or 'skinny-leg' jeans, could also wear over thin jumper and short skirt in autumn with boots. Armholes are deep enough for comfort and suitable to be worn over either a sleeveless vest or thin, long-sleeved summer top/ thin jumper: armholes not deep enough to be worn over a thicker jumper during colder weather. Bearing in mind front has 'waterfall' style, centre-front of garment stops about four inches below crotch area and longest front section stops few inches below that on me (I'm about 5' 5"). Back just covers my bottom. Edges are turned over and top-stitched/ overlocked. Not expensive-looking but good enough quality considering price paid of £9.99, plus free delivery as well. The quality of the vest is so-so, I was hoping to wear it to work but I don't think it looks tidy enough so will use at home only. The finish on the top of the arm hole could have been neater as it is somewhat stretched, and there were many loose threads around the edges.

After reading other reviews bought in Medium although I believe size Small would also have been ok for me as quite roomy in the front but as it falls and flows looks fine. I’m 5’1, high st. size 12. It looked a lot better after a good press. Fabric ok, not too thin and bearing in mind the cost of the item I wasn’t expecting a really thick fabric. May order in white for summer as will be useful.

Just what I had been looking for , perfect to finish off a outfit , I’m a size 14 ordered the large .. fits perfectly, great length on me, washes well. would buy again

No stars!! The picture shows this waistcoat as thigh length when it is bearly waist length. Waste of money. Don't buy if you want want a longer length 😐😑

Wow , was really delighted with both colors I bought , good size and hangs beautifully . Will be buying others in different colors .
