I love this product, it's easy to use and I love how everything is available on this page for any age child. With having multiple children in diapers and trying to remember who had what and when, I make sure to have this available to fill in right away. My parents love it too!! I will sometimes use the back to make notes in case I don't remember to let them know something that happened that day. Thank you for making this product. I will continue to buy this and use it in my daycare.

Love all the information in one compact sheet! I like to send in diaper bag home with my grandson so his mom can see all he did at Grandma’s. Dad can also keep track of feedings and diaper changes too!

Used this a few time while breastfeeding. My daughter was not gaining the proper weight and the doctor wanted to know how often she was feeding on the breast and pumped milk. I was able to track my self and husband so that when our next doctors appointment came we knew exactly what took place. But after that I really didn't use it and will pass on to my sister.
