i have not yet used this product , but i have to say that reading the booklet that came with it was very worrying , i dont think i have ever seen so many things covered that can go wrong , then on the pad when i opened it 2x large labels saying it all over again [ is there something you are not telling us ?] i fully understand the need for health and safety , but this is OTT and that is putting it mildly , when i switch this on i fully expect to go up in flames or be electricuted . it could be that this product is going to be perfect but this is off putting sorry .

I used this for several hours yesterday after injuring my back. I have a chronic bad back but did something to aggravate it day before yesterday and at one point I couldnt get up after sitting just half an hour. Got this yesterday, sat with it on and at first I thought it wasnt working. But used it for several hours and it made me forget my pain and stiffness. It eased the pain gradually and I felt better after several hours use.

Compared to previously purchased heat pads this one doesn't get to a decently high temperature, is bulky and not as comfortable and doesn't stay on for long enough before the automatic thermostat kicks in. Not a product I would look to purchase again. I now regret not spending the extra few pounds for the other choice I had.

Bought one for me because I have chronic back problems as well as other chronic pain.It’s absolutely amazing. Long cable which you can unplug from the mat to wash it, very very soft material, gets warm enough to do the job without burning you and the automatic shut off means I can fall asleep relatively pain free but don’t have to worry about either me or the mat overheating whilst I sleep.I then bought one for my mother in law and my mum as they both too have the occasional back issue. It’s also small enough that for back pain you can just tuck it into the back of your trousers. It’ll cover your whole lower back and keep the mat secure so you can move around a bit.Even if you don’t have aches and pains, this would be an ideal gift for someone who gets cold a lot in their home. It heats up quickly and would be fine to just sit on your lap like a hot water bottle to warm you up.

The heat pad is usefull for warming every part of the body and I prefer it than the big thin blankets made from cheap material.This pad is very soft and nice in touch.The electrical connector is very stable and well mad.The remote is sturdy with long enought cable. Me personally use it for warming my feet after comming back from work. I just open the cover and slide my feet inside. The pad get warm/hot very fast. You can chose from 3 preset temperature positions.

I’ve been suffering with sciatica recently so brought this to help relieve pain. It’s good and does relieve pain and I love the colour of it and the size is perfect. The long cable is brilliant. The only criticism I do have is that the heat doesn’t go a bit higher. Personally id like it a bit walmer but that is just a personal thing. For the price however this product is really good. I am please with my purchase.

Very nice heat pad! Bought it to relive my back and shout pain. It’s very easy to place the mat on places where you want. I sometimes also use it as a heat mad to keep warm. It’s of good quality. The colours nice!
