Compression is only at the top, at rib level, and rolled down instantly upon trying on. There is no compression whatsoever around the belly (where I needed it postpartum C-section) so this makes for a very strange shape. I liked the material but they are not wear-able as they don't have compression around the belly.

Doesn’t stay in place, I have to keep pulling it up. The bottom half doesn’t compress like the top so it splits your belly and gives you a bigger bulge on the bottom. I bought this for c section. It also gives really bad panty lines. 👎
