Gutermann HT2 Textile Glue

It is the best textile glue out there. I use it for making framed bags and wallets. It permanently glues the fabric to the metal purse frame closure. I have never had one come apart. I use a purse frame tool to push the finished bag into the slot of the frame after the glue has been applied. Only a small bead of the glue is needed along the inside of the frame before inserting the finished bag or change purse. Perfect results every time! It’s worth the wait for this to ship from Europe.

I have tried several other fabric glues in the past that all take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3-4 hours to dry, but not this one! Dries in just a few minutes and it's very strong. I know this product came from Europe and it had a long shipping lead time, which was expected and I had no problem with. I was not in a hurry. However I recieved after only one week! I make costumes for cosplay and needed a strong fabric glue to bond foam and other materials to my fabrics that didn't take several hours. I can't say enough great things about this glue! Plus the tube was much bigger than I expected. My only complaint (not really a complaint though) is that this glue has some VERY strong fumes. So only use it in a very well ventilated area!

Love this stuff. Long lasting even after winter rains. Great for vintage trailers after polishing for protection.

I’ve tried a lot of different glues and this is worth every penny. It works great on fabric without leaving a stain. I also used it to bond leather to polymer clay projects . The only negative is the wait time for its arrival since it came from overseas

This is the best glue I have ever used for fabrics. It is a small tube but a little goes a long way. I use the glue for making my handbags and costumes. I won't use anything else.

This is the best glue to attach fabric to anything else! I used it to attach hinged metal purse closures to bags I made, and glue canvas patches to my well traveled suitcases. It also glues plastic to plastic.

Used this glue to make the stems for some fabric tulips. It certainly stuck very well but it's not as easy to remove the excess as I had been led to believe.

Best stuff out

Wanted to re-attach a stick on to my running tights, didn't last 5 minutes after use despite sticking to the instructions. No use for sports wear as fa as I AM CONCERNED

Best I have used for fabric but can be rather smelly

Il risultato, purtroppo, è stato deludente: le lettere da riattaccare si sono sensibilmente deformate appena venute a contatto con la colla; inoltre, una volta che l’adesivo si è completamente asciugato, si sono staccate di nuovo, prima di indossare il capo d’abbigliamento.Probabilmente il prodotto non è appropriato per i materiali che intendevo unire. A tal riguardo, va sottolineato che sulla scatola, come si evince da una delle foto che ho allegato, viene precisato che il collante “non è adatto per acetato (p.e. tessuti per fodere), stoffe rivestite e polistirolo”.L’unico consiglio che sono in grado di dare, sulla scorta di quest'unica esperienza, è quello di fare attenzione a non sporcare le parti da attaccare, in quanto l’adesivo è un po’ filante e, benché trasparente, è, comunque, visibile anche dopo che si è asciugato.
