It was working fine... since December 2017... till August 2021, when Alexa started saying "Device unresponsive".I cannot control the plug by voice anymore.I cannot log in again to the AMA Home app, I cannot retrieve password...AMA Home app seems to have vanished from Play Store.Is there a replacement app we can use?Can the repacement app also be used for the "Alexa WiFi Smart Plug, PHIFO 3 Packs Wireless Smart Socket Outlet With 2 USB Charger Port",which seems to be in a similar situation where the original app is not available anymore?Thanks.

I'm really sorry to write a negative review but I feel obliged to warn Amazon customer from wasting their time and money. Right out of the box two (out of three) of these sockets didn't work at all.This is something that touches the mains electricity and I would be very careful about using a device with this high fail rate.
