Delicious and Easy
I made this according to the package directions and it tastes really good. It has a light caramel taste. The consistency isn't very thick or mousse-like though - it's more like a cool whip consistency. I'm going to try to make another box with less whipping cream to see if that thickens it up - I will only purchase again if I can get it a bit thicker. But if you like the creamy cool whip consistency and love caramel - you'll love this. The King's Cupboard Dark Chocolate Mousse Mix, 4.4-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) is much better, although it is not caramel. If we're going to indulge, we'd prefer the King's Cupboard dark chocolate mix over this one.
