A bit disappointing
picture quality is not as good as expected I can not get the cms program to work on my PC and I can not always get the software on my phone to link up if you are looking for a good system I would say do a lot of research for what you intend it for and invest in a more expensive kit

NO HARDDRIVE
got it to record from cctv cameras it is advertised as cctv recorder to record and playback when opened instruction book first page tells you to by a hard drive and install or it will not be able to playback or record this is not stated in adverts so if you are going to buy this add the cost of a hard drive to the price or it can not do what you are bying it for.

Still waiting to hear from supplier on faulty camera.
We have problems with one camera which we are still waiting to hear back form the suppliers. Also we cannot get the phone to work when we are away . Very disappointed with this product. Nobody wants to know anymore they take your money and then let you get on with it.Unless anyone else can help us with this problem we would be grateful.

JOOAN TC-734NVR-1T 4CH 960P Wireless Security... useless
Waste of hours of my time and my money. This NVR refuses to link up with my cameras . The manual would be more use in Esperanto. I get a constant "OUT OF RANGE" after the screen tries to initialise the NVR.The cameras are 3 foot away and cannot be out of range. How do these people stay in business?The image in my manual of the NVR is not the same as the NVR I have. I would not recommend it based on my experience. Look elsewhere.

Impressive
The hardware aspect of the product is impressive for the comparatively low price. The software is capable and full-featured, but is not the most intuitive.If you are good with technology then I cannot recommend it highly enough. If not, then I recommend that you ask for a hand from someone who knows what they are doing.Customer service are very helpful should you need them.

This DVR is excellent value for the cost once set up properly
The instructions for this item need to be more comprehensive instead of a direct translation from Chinese.After going on the internet I found a youtube video which explains how to set up the motion detect function which I was finding difficult to set up.This DVR is excellent value for the cost once set up properly.I am pleased with it and can recommend it

Great system - Easy setup
Easy to setup, as the cameras seemed to be preset to the NVR. Could not get on with the included software, so connected with web browser by the NVR IP address. Previously had a single 720P WI-FI camera and finding these 960P cameras are much clearer. Easy to install an internal hard drive, if you choose the NO HD option
