Rusted after washing. This is not recommended as it is not food-grade steel. Love the design, but no good for food.

Azim - Damascus steel IS NOT a type of stainless steel and requires prompt cleaning and wipedown with oil after every use.It's called, " If all else fails, read the instructions." Apoarently you did not.
