This is the book I must own. It is packed jammed full with info about flower gardens. It is exactly what I need to begin my journey on having flowers in my yard. The pics are not only gorgeous, but show you what & how to have your garden starting at the beginning & through maintenance. I hope this book will cure my black thumb.

It not only describes the different zones but also how to plant from seed and propagate. Perfect those who have to literally Paint their thumbs green. Very detailed and informative on such a vast variety of different plants species. If you have a love and passion for our root and shoot friends, then you'll appreciate the work put into this. Beautiful pictures and good descriptive messages on all plants and flowers and good planting Zone map. Great ideas on availability, when and how to plant.

I would have liked a few concise charts of all featured flowers for quick reference.
