Purchased this to use on a smaller by the hour candle
This worked well for re-wrapping on a smaller 50 hour base, however once wrapped, there was very little leftover, much less than half. As with the 50 hour refill, this was shipped coiled around Styrofoam, which sticks to the wax. It takes some time to remove all the tiny pieces along the inner coil of the entire length. The wick and wax vary greatly, some relight well, some drip and some bend more easily. This is comparing similar temperatures and ignition. This is exactly what I wanted, so I work with imperfections.

Cool gift!
Gave this to my nana as a gift and she loved it, the bees on it are a little cheap but I mean they’re more for decoration honestly so they do the trick. There isn’t really a fragrant smell as it’s natural beeswax, but you can definitely smell a kind of natural scent from the wax that’s not unpleasant. I don’t recall how much I paid for this but I don’t regret it at all! Even got one for myself 😭😂

Buy it; you wont be disappointed
LOVE LOVE LOVE this item! I used it as a decoration because I could not light the candle since it is so cute! If you wanted to use as a candle instead of a decoration then this is possible with the company having replacement hives for once you finish yours at great prices. I have received so many compliments from friends and family about this item!

Much better in description of item
I ordered this several months ago for a birthday present this month. The package had NOT been opened until last week. The candle itself as a bee hive is a cute design, however, the stand and the candle seem VERY cheaply made, as well as the "plastic" bees that come with it to insert into the candle. The bees do NOT come assembled, you have to put the wings in yourself. It's a HORRIBLE cheap plastic design, 1/2 of the wings broke in 1/2 when trying to insert them into the bee body, and then they wouldn't stay put or inserted. I think there were 8 bees total, I could only salvage 2 to place as adornments. There were NO instructions as how to "warm up the candle" itself to be able to position it into the cup holder. It ended up breaking in several places.OVERALL ~ I would NOT buy this product again.

It burns for a long time, smells pleasant, but relights poorly.
This is a lovely idea and I've happy to have these candles in my house. They smell like honey and they burn at a reasonable rate, although they don't shed a lot of light. They are still pleasant and beeswax works well to clear the air. They have a clamp on them that reliably snicks the flame out at about the rate of an hour an inch. The bad side is that after the first time they go out, the way the clamp works, it makes the wick are to light again. It leaves little or no unburned wick available and it takes a long time to melt some wax around the wick so you can get it going again. I don't know how many times I've lit it and then turned around and it's out again!Also... the 'bees'. Someone said that they look more like orange flies than bees and they were absolutely right! I didn't bother with them and used a few little bee buttons that I had from a sewing project and threw out the orange flies! I think it would be better if they didn't even include them! When I read the review that said they looked like orange flies I was curious to see if it would be true and it REALLY was! It's absolutely a charming concept except for the flies and the hard to light wick, and it's nice to have a long burning candle around; especially beeswax because it's just not easy to find reasonably priced beeswax. The nostalgia factor on these is also high and they would be good for emergencies as well. I would recommend them; but warn that it's best to bring your own bees and a fair bit of patience for re-lighting.

Fausse information
Est très loin de durée 120 heures. Je dirais 20. Très cher pour la durée de plaisir

the candle itself is nice, but the smell is weird
the sweet tangy smell reminds me of Baygon insect spray--nothing like the nearly-odorless beeswax.

I received two of these but?
I received two of these beewax by the hour candles. I am not sure they are all beeswax as they smell likecrayons with no hint of beeswax smell. I have beeswax candles that are ten years old and still smell like beeswax.I was looking forward to the smell so very disappointing. I could only use a couple of the plastic bees as most of the wings would not stay on. Beeswax candles should smell good.
