Exactly what we needed
Went right into place and immediately started working. That install was WAY easier than I expected and was totally intuitive. Half the price of the LG part and looks like a better part than what I replaced. Excellent value and delivered in a day.

Worked like a charm

Fit Our LG TROMM WM2688HNM Perfectly!
We are renters and I think this washer has been around for a while. It started collecting water in the tub when not in use. Sometimes a lot to almost spilling out and it was irritating! Then not long ago, I was upstairs while the machine is in the basement running a load, then I heard this weird noise and went down to check what’s going on! The machine was over filling and had the error code. Landlord had just replaced the water heater and so when my husband checked the hot water valve, it was full of rusty stuff from the heater, we got a new one but it didn’t keep the machine from over filling! Then the hunt was on for the supply water valve and we found this one. Hubby installed it yesterday (disconnect one hose at a time and mount it before disconnecting another), I just did 5 loads of laundry and no leaks or overfilling at all! Saved the landlord a lot of bucks!

Fits LG TROMM (WM2487HRM)
Perfect fit for my LG TROMM (WM2487HRM).Have run several loads (4) and no LE error code, so appears to be okay. Will update if any issues arise. Also replaced the hot water valve. Repair took me 15 minutes and I’m not very savvy with tools. Just take your time and label the hoses and wires or take pics so you replace them properly. Get a Phillips screwdriver, channel lock pliers, bucket, and towel(s). Be sure to unplug unit and turn off the water, duh. Saved hundreds of dollars, this is DIY for sure. And there are YouTube instructions online.

Our problem was solved with the water inlet we bought from Prysm.
I liked that the water value was easy to install.And I replaced the water valve on my L G front load washer. Water was Shooting from the bottom of the front door. The new valve stopped the water leak.my old water was letting in too much water.
