EMOOR 8-Piece All-in-One Japanese Futon Set Leben, Twin-Long Size (Blue)

I bought this futon in January 2017. It arrived quickly and in a box, there were no defects or anything. There was no odd odor or anything when opening the package like some have said about these futons. I love this futon, after sleeping on spring mattresses all my life, it's a great alternative. I was experiencing back pains from my last bed so I decided to buy a futon. Also, since my room is small, its nice to be able to pack up my bed and have a ton of space during the day. Really the only con for me is that the futon itself is a little thin, and it takes some getting used to. I put a yoga mat as well as a thick layer of cotton sewn together under the actual futon for extra comfort, though I'm sure others find it comfortable just the way it is. I do have to say, though, that after using the comforter that comes with this package, I feel I will never go back to regular comforters. It has to be the most comfortable comforter I've ever used. It only takes the comforter to feel warm at night, and it's probably my favorite part about this package. I do have to use a different pillow, though, because the one provided is a little small, and after using it awhile the material has dispersed itself to the sides of the pillow. highly recommended although it didn't came in the actual box it was a brand new item, look at the pictures i took, my main concern was the carrying bag for a moment I didn't think it would fit in there but it fit PERFECT! and its super light weight and easy to put away. Side Note: I am 5'8 and I barely fit in it, its not as long as I wish it would be but is not uncomfortable if your 5'8 feet + (taller) please make a note of this,

When I moved I decided to do away with the second hand bed I have been using for the last several years. It wasn't a bad bed but since the divorce I don't exactly need a queen sized bed any more and I've been wanting to minimize a bit. (I also got rid of my dresser and several pounds of clothing I hadn't worn in quite a while, but different story.) I had been considering a foam mattress but couldn't find one in my price range. Then my mom pointed out futons to me. I think she meant for me to get one of the couch things but the more research I did on the matter the more I liked the idea of a Japanese futon set.Since I knew my new place would have tile flooring I also got a  LUCID 4 Inch Folding Mattress - Full XL Size  to go under it since I wasn't quite ready to invest in Tatami mats. I figured worst case scenario if I didn't like it I could save up money for a few months at my new job and get a big fancy foam bed later. Well I've had it for a month and been sleeping on it for weeks now, and I love it. My feet hang off the end of the Shikibuton since I'm so tall but that's why I got the extra long folding mattress, and the Kakebuton is plenty long enough to keep my toes warm. I fold it out when I get home from work and when I get up in the morning just fold it back up and toss the futon set in the closet and leave out the Lucid matress couch for daytime lounging.One thing I really was impressed with when I first pulled it out of the packaging was that the 'sheets' that come with the set have little ties inside that correspond to loops on the shikibuton and kakebuton, so they don't shift around inside like I was half afraid they would. I'm not too thrilled with the brown color of the sheets (if this set or a set like it had been offered in a different color at a comparable price I probably would have gotten that instead) but it's not a deal breaker in the least. For the price, its pretty good, or so says the person who's only previous futon experience was one of those folding couch futons from Wallmart when I was a kid. (A hand me down when my cousin decided he didn't like it)All in all, I find this a great alternative to an interspring bed, and have really enjoyed sleeping on it. It did come with all six pieces and a storage case (not a carry case, it doesn't have handles) but I've only pulled out the storage case a few times. The Futon set fits beautifully inside of it, but its just easier to put it on one of the shelves in my closet than to put it in the storage case each day. Definitely do your research if you're thinking of switching from a 'traditional' western bed to a futon set, and if you're like me and never tried one before this is definitely a good one to give a shot. If you're a connoisseur you already know what you're looking for :P

Huge fan of this. I heard on the interwebs that these style beds help with back problems, and it actually really has. I still have my fancy nature's sleep memory foam mattress because sometimes I don't want to take the time to set this up (just about the only drawback), but I prefer to sleep on this since I like a very firm sleeping surface. And my back.

The shikibuton is quite thick... probably 2.5". I wish they had mentioned that in the description as I was a little worried about it before I got it. Very comfortable to sleep on. As I don't have tatami floors, I lay it on top of foam pads, and that softens it enough.

I loved this bed for almost two years. I had a number of back problems and my chiropractor recommended this to me until my issues were solved. Getting used to sleeping on the ground was a trick... but this bed did a great job. My only complaint was keeping in clean was pretty tough.

My fiancee and I both have joint pain: whereas I need a really soft surface, she needs a really hard surface. This futon manages to be both. It expands pretty vastly after a week or so, too--we bought the semi-double size and have more than enough room (although we are, in fairness, both very small). The kakebuton is the warmest blanket I've ever slept under. It gets so warm that, in October in Canada, I kick it off during my sleep. I DO recommend purchasing a tatami mat to go with it, though, for added support and to prevent the shikibuton from getting moldy (if it lays on a hard floor, the moisture from your body seeps into it, causing mold. If it's on a tatami, the moisture has a place to go). Additionally, if you're new to futons, you will definitely want to research the proper care and cleaning of one.

Really rubbish quality wasn't anything like the pictures or description, took along time to arrive and it's rubbish wouldn't buy ever. The only upside was the duvet is decent but the rest garbage.

I got the product in less than 7 business days from shipping. Arrived on the east coast of North America (Canada Toronto) from Japan without express shipping. I'm extremely impressed at the speed of regular shipping, the preparation and quality of the product. It appears as is in the description + photographs. Had to pay for international duties of $40 CDN, but all things considered, this already has great value. It is a good investment.

I've used the futon for a few months now. I'm very satisfied. It's greatly improved my posture and gives me a good nights sleep. I also purchased the covers to keep it clean. Overall would recommend to anyone.

Fast delivery, but the futon is not much thicker than a standard duvet. It does not provide enough support.

敷き布団はぺちゃんこで、違う物を購入しましたカバーの色が布団に染み付いていしました。値段はリーズナブルなので、マットレスをきちんとしたものを使用するなど、割り切って使用すれば、十分だと思います。

値段が安く商品も特に問題なく使用できます。配送も早かったです。

前にセミダブルのマットを購入したのに合わせたら少し布団の方が小さかった！チョット残念。

ふわふわでいいとは思いますが敷布団も柔らかいので掛け布団と敷布団の区別がわかりづらかったです。

安かったので購入しました。それぞれのアイテムについて列挙しておきます。ちなみに、私の身長は180センチあり、体は大きい方だと自認しております。◯ 掛け布団　薄いですが、わりと暖かいです。また体がはみ出ることはありません。一人ではなく二人で寝た際も不便さは感じませんでした。◯敷布団　ふわふわしており、軽いです。私は床に直に引いて寝ていますが、硬いところで寝るのが好みなので、布団の柔らかさと差引してちょうど良いと思っています。ただ、縦の長さがたりません。枕元でパソコンを弄ったりなんだりしていると、敷布団からは足がはみ出ます。とはいえ、此の問題は他社の商品でも同様に起きる問題であり、この商品固有のものではないと思います。◯枕　低すぎて使い物にならないという他のレビューがありましたが、まさしくその通りだと思います。私は二つ折りにして、雑に縫い合わせてつかっています。おすすめです。とにかく、この商品の売りは安い値段と、良すぎるわけでもないが、悪すぎるわけでもない品質にあると思います。僕はそれなりに満足しました。
