It's only 51/2" long, not 6" per description. The internal sleeveis too rigid for comfort. I am disappointed at this product.

I tried this with the wife and she said It was to wide and pain full. I do not reccomend this to anyone.

The center of this product is very hard. It feels like like the material plastic drinking cups are made of. I would be afraid to put this device on little own hurt my partner with it. The outer sleeve might be useable for something but the smell it horrible. The straps are very rigid and hard to make secure. Procede with caution.

While I wish I wasn't in the position to need this product, I am thankful for it and can comfortably recommend the "Dr. Love Perfect Marital Aid Penis Extension" for men who have had prostate cancer and difficulty maintaining an erection post-surgery. My wife would wholeheartedly agree! The product comes in varied sizes and this particular product serves well as a first step prior to "expanding" to the larger 7" and 8" sizes that are also available. This extension greatly helped to remove the anxiety of not attaining an erection, knowing that I could still be an active participant in providing my wife pleasure.

Please, read the other reviews before buying this item...forget the picture...it is totally deceiving! It says that you can also use the item as a sleeve...no way! Unless you want to put it around your finger and your finger is 6 inches long...if it is, you don't need this product! Also, the material is hard and it sticks to the skin...it seems to absorb all the lubricant like a sponge. It has rubbery odor to it, as well. The part that looks on the picture as an empty space is actually where a HARD plastic is inserted so that you can wear it around your waist. Once the hard plastic is inserted the item has no give whatsoever at the shaft, but at the head it bends like a piece of orange peel or a flap (yes there is an orange on my desk right now lol) The sleeve itself is nearly impossible to roll on your hard penis unless you put powder in it. DON'T TRY IT, trust me! You CANNOT put your penis in the plastic tube and use it that way! You either wear the sleeve on your penis or you wear it on the hard plastic and use it that way. This is definitely not for those who can achieve an erection, but they are just looking to add size to their penises. Find another product that works better and if you do, please let me know so that I can try it, too!

I wish i could give 2.5 stars because it's really not bad. The outer part is fairly soft, and it's not grossly huge like some of these things can be. So my wife found it to be good, though not very bendable. OTOH, i found the inner plastic to be a bit uncomfortable, and we've found better products since, so it doesn't get much use. It is nice that it has a lot of thickness room inside. We've tried others that just wouldn't allow an even average man to fit inside, and yet the outer part is massive. This isn't like that and does allow comfort, but i think maybe it's for someone who can't get an erection, because it's so rigid? or maybe for after you'd climaxed, so there's no hitting the hard plastic. Not sure, just not great for the man. If you can get an erection, i suggest "Doctor love's penis girth enhancer" instead. i'll write a review there, but we felt that that's a better product.
