Eliza J Women's Fit-and-Flare Dress with Scallop Detail

The dress is not of the normal high quality of Eliza J. It is just ok. The color is quite pretty. This dress would probably look good on a tall, thin woman...which does not describe me. The dress was very inexpensive and I will get some wear out of it.

My 13 year old loves this dress, nice fabric, cute details and added bonus of pockets!
