We ordered the Calming and the Stop Smoking packs. The menthol is potent, but we expected that since it's part of a stop smoking one. My partner doesn't smoke cigarettes or cigars, he uses a vape pen, but he wants to get off them and this is a good trio to help him cut back.And the Calming one...I love all those flavors. The vanilla is especially tasty, but that's a favorite flavor and scent of mine.The Sleep really does help to relax you for falling asleep, as well.I've tried another couple of brands along with the Vitastik, and this one wins hands down. They are far more flavorful.We love these and will continue to use them. What a great product.
