Closet Complete Foam-Coated Chrome Non-Slip Pants Hangers, Lilac, Set of 24

My office attire is "office casual" (tailored khakis and button-down collar shirt, no tie), so I have a large collection of LL Bean khaki/chino trousers in various colors. Until I bought these, I was using wire hangers (with cardboard crossbar) from the dry cleaner. OK for a few years, but eventually the crossbar would sag and would require replacement.I bought several 3-packs of these hangers as a trial. They are great. With my old hangers, I had to thread the pant legs through the opening. Now, I just slip them on the crossbar. The wire is sturdy enough to support men's chino trousers and wool dress slacks. A second advantage is that the crossbar sits roughly two inches higher than the cross bar on a standard hanger, so you save the space below the garment. I'm not tall and wear a 32" inseam, but even these seemingly average sized pants would hand into the ClosetMaid storage baskets below the pants in the closet, or else they would hang into the sorting bags below where the pants hang on the laundry area organizer.Not sure if the colored versions are worth the extra cost, but the plain black version seems to be good value for money. My only question will be the longevity of the foam padding---if it hardens and flakes off, that would render the hanger unusable. For now, however, the foam is very gentle on fabrics.

These work perfectly. I believe the thicker rubber foam will help prevent creases compared to ones that might have a thin rubber coating. Pants don't slip. Some people complained of the up-sweep of the bar at the end so I also bought a different model. Turns out the "up-sweep" is additional length compared to the other model so your pants should not even touch it and it might keep them from falling as you are moving things around in your closet. My there is also tons of extra space on the hanger when my pants are on it, so I can't image anyone's pants actually being on that portion of the hanger a causing an extra crease.There is no smell.

I'm surprised there are not more comments on how bad these smell. I've had them over a month now and they oder has definitely reduced but they still stink. I let them sit out in my living room for 2 weeks and sprayed them with febreeze constantly before I decided to use them.Bed Bath and Beyond has some blue ones that were only a few cents more than these per hanger (after shipping). I really should have went that route.UPDATE: Had these over a year an they still smell. I ordered 4 sets of these (12 total) and I'm tempted to throw them all away because of the smell they leave on my pants.

My additional thought was for pants, but after hanging a pair of pants on one, I took off a sweater which is one of the ones I prefer to drape over the bar of a wooden hanger. So I tried it with this item and it is easier on and off and won't come off no matter how much I stuff around it.While the price is a bit high another set is all I would need to cover my needs, so not a real issue.

I was a little nervous to purchase these after reading some reviews about them having a bad smell, but I am so happy that I took the chance and ordered them anyway. While there may be some slight rubber smell, it is certainly nothing strong or a problem. These hangers are fantastic and I couldn't believe how much less space they took up then the regular hangers that I had my pants hanging on. Additionally, they hang slacks very nicely, preventing that ugly fold line in the pants.

No more pants on the floor. Sturdy design and the foam rubber really holds the pants in place. The missing side make it easy to hang pants and once you get used to hooking backward it is easy to hang the pants up. If you haven't figured it out I love them! Just put two more packs on my wish list.

I use these for most of my pants. They work as they should. I have not had any issues with clothes falling off as some reviewers have. I also have not noticed the bad smell others have mentioned. Just a nice quality metal hangar with a foam type wrap around the bottom to keep clothes from slipping. I got enough for all my pants and I do not regret it.

A simple and effective hanger for hanging pants, jeans, trousers and suit bottoms without wrinkles! Big fan of the foam covering, which prevents creases and keeps pants from slipping off easily.I found these to be a great value compared to most of my local options and the quality is excellent compared to the hangers I already have.Highly recommended!

High quality well made hangers for pants. I was hesitant to order at first as the wire looks quite thin from the web picture. I was pleasantly surprised to see how strong this product is. The width is great, works well with pants for both my husband and I, so quite versatile (no we're not close in size ;). It can easily hold 3 pairs of work pants and more. The wire is thick and sturdy. I especially like the non-slip material, smooth to touch, safe for all material. I've had them for several months now and all of them are holding up strong and like new (the foam stayed intact with every day use, no deterioration). I bought more packs after the first set. I can't believe I'm rambling about pants hangers but they're truly a life changer for the easy of use and preserving my work wardrobe.

Love these hangers... an unobstructed view of all my pants lined up, I can take my pants off these hangers without removing the hanger and pants from the closet.
