JustSweatshirts Unisex Pullover 100% Cotton Hooded Sweatshirt

It isn’t easy to find 100% cotton sweatshirts these days and the color selection that’s offered is wonderful. Unfortunately after only a handful of gentle wears the garment developed small holes (on both sides) where the pocket is sewed on. If I would have known this could happen I would never have made the investment in this sweatshirt.

One of the best 100% cotton heavy, non-logo hoodies I have been able to find. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but anything lower priced was lighter weight material. I read the reviews and noticed that people found it was somewhat large, so instead of ordering medium, as I normally would, I ordered small and I am very happy with the fit. Shortly after I received the sweatshirt, I ordered a second one, different color. It looks and fits exactly the same as the first one. I don't think I will need to buy anymore sweatshirts in the foreseeable future.

If you're looking for a quality product look no further. It has the look and feel of heavy sailcloth, nice rugged stiff cotton. As far as the price goes I guess you'll have to decide how to rationalize how you spend $100 on a shirt :) (it's worth it :))I am 5'10, 190, fit build, Large worked good for me. (blue and green, both nice)As it is expensive I would suggest you treat different in the wah and dry to extend its life as some folks mentioned the pocket corner tore a bit in the washing/drying process. The directions state to wash and hand dry. The product does not shrink so hang drying and a quick dry by itself to pull any wrinkles out works.

Excellent weight & fit, I really wanted 100% cotton and so didn't mind paying a little more. I was so pleased, I ordered another directly from JustSweatshirts ($15 less than ordering through Amazon) the day after receiving this one.But looking at the Amazon reviews, I saw someone mention they noticed little holes in the sleeves after the first wash, and then separation and holes where the belly pocket is attached, after only the 2nd wash. I looked at mine, and I see separation & a hole at one corner of the pocket, after only the 2nd day of wear. I'm having the corners repaired/reinforced by someone in our home skilled at such things, but now I think these may be over-priced for the quality of workmanship.

Same quality as the blue one I bought 2 years ago, but this one has no fade to it. The blue one looks fantastic with a slight faded/worn look to it. This looks almost too new and has no real distinct look to it at all. Very generic looking. I'm hoping after a few more washes it will start to gain some character like my blue one.This price is almost prohibitive. Once you pay shipping and tax, it's over $100 for a sweatshirt. While I'm not sorry I bought it, I will keep my eyes open for other pure 100% cotton sweatshirts. I already found a source for sweatpants.

My husband liked it well enough to order a second, which was surprising considering that it's pretty expensive for a sweatshirt. The only problem is that he spilled food on it, only to discover that some color came off when he used water and a cloth to remove it. We immediately washed the sweatshirt, but now it's missing color where he attempted to clean it.The quality is wonderful, and it's a heavy, comfortable sweatshirt. He especially likes the 'sanded' color.

My old old Champion sweatshirts bit the dust after years of good service. But when I went to replace them, I find that Champion no longer offers 100% cotton. Instead they have part-plastic shirts, which is not what I want. Poly blend, with a fancy name. So I went looking and came up with this pricey sweatshirt. (I know, I know...) I keep sweatshirts until they fall apart, so I think the money is worth it. The sweatshirts (I went back and bought another one) feel GREAT and as though they will go the distance.

Took about a week to get the sweatshirt and when it did arrived it came in a tiny little box. I thought, no way is that a full hoodie with 18oz. cotton. But wow, it was packed in there nicely and once I washed it, it fluffed up really nice and thick. It is by far the thickest sweatshirt I've owned. I consider myself a cotton snob and this is truly 100% cotton, which becoming harder and harder to find. The only small drawback is I bought a red one and, boy is it a bright red! Won't be sneaking up on anyone while wearing it. I hope it fades some with future washings.
