This warmer did a great job of keeping my coffee warm. It's auto-shutoff worked quite well also. The problem is that after a couple of weeks, I somehow managed to crack the glass covering the top. Probably put my cup down too hard or something. I didn't realize it when it happened, just noticed that it was broken (break started from the right-hand middle of the warmer on the edge and spidered onto the rest of the warmer). My husband hadn't managed to break his, so he let me use the one I got for him. I broke that one within 2 days (in the same place). So, there is apparently something I am doing wrong, obviously, but I would have thought that glass would be able to take a little more abuse than what it was given before breaking. Regardless, I am now looking for a replacement that doesn't have a glass top.

I gifted this for Christmas and my uncle absolutely loved it, but it cracked in under a week’s worth of very casual usage. Maybe 3-4 times at max. A mug was placed on it to warm and it immediately spidered out.Part of me thinks this has to do with how hot the device gets. Scalding to the touch, easy. I’m sure the hot-cold cycling would crack the glass easily if it wasn’t tempered for such extremes.It’s terrible that my present ended up being garbage so quickly, though. Especially at this price point.

It dint work as I expected. The top plate came chipped. I left a warm mug of coffee on this plate and it took nearly 1+ hour to bring it back to the same temperature. Since this runs on 110v i was expecting it to perform way better.Pros -* Runs on 110v outletCons -* Takes way more time than you expect.* The top plate gets super hot, but the coffee does not.

I plugged it in and within a minute it cracked and made spider cracks across the top. Because it costs so much to return, I threw it in the trash. I bought 2 and the one that was a gift is still working. I will never again buy anything from Amazon or eBay that's electric or can break and need to be returned. It's not worth the trouble. I have been ripped off buy eBay and the cost of returns to Amazon is prohibitive.

As a new mum, this warmer really saves my daily life.with the help of this, I can save warm water for my baby. When she need to be feed, I can make milk in a shorter time, as the temperature is just right. Before this, I was so flustered when my baby cried. sometimes, I put my milk or coffee on it, the temperature is really fine, not too hot,not too cold, I like this product, thank you.

The plastic screen split the first time I used it

Have only had this a little over 2 months and don’t even use it every day. Left my mug on it for about 20 minutes and came back to find it cracked per photos. I did not drop it or abuse it and the mug is not unusual in any way. Very disappointed!

I use it i my husbands office and it is next to the computers and always there when he needs his coffee, which is 5-6 cups a day great item and would make a great gift.
