I just purchased two of the Thermapeutic Relief Wraps - one for a friend of mine as a gift and another one for myself. I first bought two for myself and a friend about three years ago. I am still using mine without any problem as is my friend. I have severe arthritis in my back and neck, and the Relief Wrap is what gets me started in the morning and again at bedtime. I don't know how I would function without the use of it. It makes it possible for me to function almost as well as I did when I was in a healthy state. I couldn't do that before I started using this life saver for me.

Decent product, worked good for pain relief and warmth. The chord is kind of annoying. The product only lasted for a month, then broke. And since it was a gift and sat unused for over 2 months waiting to gift for Christmas. It is now outside the return window and the vendor will not replace. I am stuck with an expensive shoulder blanket.

My husband had cervical spine surgery and has nerve damage on his left side. He is constantly in pain and cold on that side. This thermal warm wrap is wonderful. Got it for my 94yr old mom as a gift and she uses it every day to ease her back and shoulder pain by and for warmth and comfort.She loves it!! She even had me order another one for my brother!

I loved this. Used it every day for a couple of hours. Super comfortable and the massagers are positioned perfectly. The heat settings are adjustable. But it lasted 7 months and then just quit working.
