Tugboat (I Like to Read, Guided Reading Level G) Hardcover – Picture Book, February 1, 2014

My son is 4 and love boats. The pictures in this book are very well done and the cover image is the main thing that drew me to it. After reading it, we were pretty disappointed. It's far too short and written in a very uninteresting way.

Very authentic since we live on a river and witness first hand how hard these little giants work with cruise ships, barges and container ships.Enjoyed reading it to my grandsons!

A neat little book. Garland packs a lot into each very colorful drawing. It could be an education for a young child to see all that is asked of a boat as small as this and in the end what it is capable of doing.

This is a cool book about cool boats. It gives a realistic look at tugboats to the little ones.
