I love Grass-fed but I don't usually by pre-marinaded meat
When I saw this special for $5, I was skeptical. I love Grass-fed but I don't usually by pre-marinaded meat, , and although there is a slight amount of sugar in the marinade, all the ingredients were clean and natural. I got one of each, but this is the only one I've tried so far. I popped it on a screaming hot grill for about 3 minutes a side. The pieces did vary in size, so be mindful while cooking.While the marinade is a little saltier than I might like, that is also typical of a Korean flavor marinade. The meat was so juicy and tender, I immediately tried to order more, but there is a one time limit during this deal. I will definitely order other cuts from Verde Farm! The convenience factor definitely makes up for the extra salt!

Quality Meat at A Great Price
Really quite fine in every way but was not "tips," as one would see in "sirloin tips." The steak pieces were closer to "cutlets." (I know. "Use a knife, it's not a big thing." But especially when marinated, if it were tips, it would have been more flavorful had they been cut in smaller pieces.) Overall, insofar as quality, tenderness and the price of $5 for one pound, it was worth it and we were not otherwise disappointed. Would most definitely buy again, especially at that price point.

Favorite of the marinades
I've tried all the Verde marinades and they've all been excellent... but I think this one is my favorite. The lightest touch of sweetness adds serious depth. I've put it over rice, on tacos, and standing alone, and it plays well with others for sure. Recommend fully!

Delicious but Pricey
Got these on their initial promo and they are suppppper tasty. At current price though - not likely to buy again.

This product had a decent flavor but didn't taste much like Korean barbecue. It was also a bit too salty.

Now a believer in marinades!
I typically don't purchase marinaded meats, but this did not disappoint. It has a unique flavor and was easy to cook. It's great for people that want something simple to make when they have minimal time. I would definitely purchase again.
