What us the run time in one go before motor gets heated or needs to be switched off?

Running time depends on many factors like inlet water temperature, environment temperature, cleanliness of inlet water filter and pressure of inlet water. Usually it can run for 15-20 minutes non stop if water and environmental temperature is around 30. We do not recommend continuous usage.

Is the pipe connecting the machine and the sprayer covered by 1year warrrenty

Dear Sir, In one year warranty covered only motor and field coil. Hose pipe and spares are not covered in the warranty

Can the pressure be adjusted as per use ...high pressure for suraface washing and low presurre for car wash

No it is not adjustable but it is manageable by increasing or decreasing distance from subject.
