This stuff is flat out aweful, ive used many different types of wire for coil building and this is by far the worst, you shouldnt have clean the dam stuff before you use it! No stretch like nichrome should have so no idea what ratio this is, absolute garbage, binned it.

A purchase for my son who likes tinkering! Perfect for what he needed!

Great wire that I made a hot wire for cutting foam with makes nice clean cuts only thing is didn’t realise how thick the wire was could have done with thinner but even still works well so far no issues . And quick delivery through amazon which meant same day delivery

I wanted to make a dew heater for a telescope and this was ideal for the job.

Bien empaquetado y arrollado en su bobina. Funciona perfectamente y se puede calentar mucho sin que llegue a romperse. Además funciona bien bajo tensión cuando lo usas como hilo de corte de materiales plasticos.

Produit conforme à la description. Utilisé dans les conditions normales (tension/courant) le fil est solide et ne casse pas. Je l’utilise dans le cadre d’une « scie » à polystyrène.

Il filo è di una strana lega, non totalmente in nichrome sicuramente.Il venditore è stato poco chiaro e onestamente allo svapo ha uno strano sapore

Non credo sia il classico NICHROME 80 in quanto una coil per esig che dovrebbe avere una resistenza di 0.4 ohm viene (su stesso supporto da 3mm e stesso numero di spire) da 0.5 ohm, quindi la resistenza al metro è diversa da quella del NICHROME 80. Il filo è molto ed il prezzo non è alto, però se non ha la resistenza che dovrebbe avere... Non che sia inutilizzabile però avrei preferito fosse esattamente quello che cercavo.P. S. Con una app per calcolo coil ho provato anche ad inserire tutti gli altri tipi di nichrome presenti nel database e con nessuno vien fuori il valore che ottengo con questo filo, evidentemente è una lega "strana" e sicuramente non specifica per utilizzo con esig.
