Perfect for running or just wearing it at home
I ordered the belt to make my workouts more intense and effective. I started my diet in January and used the same belt every other day and I already lost 10 kgs. I had to replace my old torn belt, this one is lovely. After the 45 minute workout the belt is completely wet and helps you sweat. Keep in mind, these belts are relatively small, I am a size XS-S and I ordered a medium but it just fits, so make sure you size up. Perfect for running or just wearing it at home.

Light weight and comfortable
I have had a few of these in the past, can honestly say, this is the most comfortable and light weight, actually makes a noticeable difference when worn. Absolutely brilliant for the price. I would definitely recommend.😍

Amazing piece of kit. The belt arrived in a sealed bag. Ordered the Xxl size. This belt is comfortable and extremely easy to use. It enhances the posture and feels comfortable to wear . My partner had it on all day and she never complained unlike others she has tried in the past. Poor quality. Hence the price i guess
Even though the price is low the description stated quality assured etc.. Product ripped in an hour of wearing called up amazon and they were able too supply a solution, now have too look too get a better quality one 😒

Slim waist
It immediately makes you look slim.My problem is that I have a lot of fat around my waist.I can wear a smaller dress with this belt in summer.good price.
