I bought this product to combine the convenience of having cool water and filtered water at the same time. The product is well built. Capacity in the tank is sufficient for a couple of days. The temperature of the cool water is perfect: cool but not uncomfortably cold. The unit is compact enough to fit in the table too without occupying excessive room. We are very satisfied with the filter. It looks like it has come to stay.

This is the second one that i have bought, the first one i have used for 2.5 years and then it broke. When this arrived i have seen they have improved the design and quality and i am sure it will last longer. Anyway even with 2.5 years i have saved lots of money.

Why this product price is reduced to £99 with 6 Filters or is that a differnt product.The filter does not last long I think only 2 months

This product was bought as a gift. I already have one which I bought over a year ago and I am very happy with it. To be able to access cool, filtered water at any time is a joy. So when I was looking for an Anniversary gift for a friend I thought a water cooler would be ideal. I was right, she is delighted to have it, so of course I recommend this item.

This is a poor quality item.1. It’s prone to leaking.2. Dispensing is awkward and slow.3. Only short glasses fit under it.4. Mine stopped working after about 18 months of light use.

Will only fit a small glass under dispenser, the cooler leaked and seemed very cheaply put together for an expensive item .You are responsible for return costs .. in my case £10 for what was an expensive item that didn't reflect the quality .. very disappointed.

the size is very good for 1 person it fit a stand mug or small glass fruit juice size. to load the water you press and hold blue or orange button until glass is full it does not lock. the water go quickly into the water cooler
