ZHONG AN Air Rivet Gun 1/4-inch Rivet Gun Heavy Duty Pneumatic Hydraulic Rivet Tool (Red)

I bought this around Christmas time to replace a different rivet gun that was on it's last legs. I chose it because of the pulling power it said it had. I'd opened it when it came and thought it looked like a nice piece of equipment. I knew from other reviews that I needed to add oil before I could use it. Like other reviewers stated, the instructions were in Chinese. So it sat around for a few weeks before I decided I really needed to get this thing operational. I emailed the seller thru Amazon and received instructions in English the next day. I followed the directions as best I could but couldn't get the riveter to work. I had a question about the amount of oil to put in as the amount stated in the directions wouldn't come close to all going in. I emailed the seller again, for clarification, letting them know I was having a problem. It's been over a week and still no reply. I imagine it's time to return this thing and see if I can get any of my money back as I don't think there is anything I can do to make it work.

poor quality, had to use heavy grease on main O-ring to even make it function so air wouldnt just blow by the plunger. then after pulling 26 stainless steel 1/4" rivets the internal nose cone that holds the jaws in place broke. Looks like it was made of cast white metal rather than a milled piece of steel. IT was advertised as being able to pull stainless rivets, but that is way beyond its comfort zone... otherwise, handy for tight places . Be warned, light duty only.

Would be nice if instructions were included, this is the USA, not China. If you are going to sell to us could you please provide instructions in English, maybe Spanish also. Looks like a good product but I can’t use it until I have proper instructions.I can’t review this at this time.

I emailed them right away and so far no response. I am missing pieces to do the smaller size rivets. I should’ve bought the cheaper one that was made in America.

Poor quality.It's broken already.

As a manager, I bought 2 of this gun for everyday use,they don't last a week,i explain my problem via email they said they will send me a replacement never happen
