Better than other bottles tried
This feels more solid compared to other bottles I tried. Withstood pressure from (carbonated) kambucha. So far dealt well with boiling hot water poured in (no expansion-based cracks).It's also bigger than other bottles. I feel like I am squeezing good one and half full cups of tea out of this one, and yet not burdened by the weight / size. At first was afraid to use the handle on (plastic) cup fearing bottle will somehow unscrew, but after months of use now super comfy dangling it over my pinkie.Legit.

Customer service good!
My first one broke within minutes of putting hot water in it- it leaked all over me. I immediately contacted Dictea because there was a note inside my bottle container that said if broken to contact them. I should have taken that as a hint! They were very responsive and sent me a new one. I’ve ised it twice- so far so good. I’m nervous and wish I had a silicone sleeve or something to protect it. I appreciate them sending a new one. Customer service was great- let’s hope the infuser bottle lasts. It’s really pretty!

Not pleased ..
I got this product late.. I understand things happen.. things get shipped to wrong places.. totally understable.. got home and JUST opened this package and its shattered in pieces when I open it.. glass fell out everywhere... not pleased whatsoever.
