can the helmet be adjusted for small heads?

The helmet massager can be easily adjusted to fit most heads, for head circumference from 22” to 25” (56 to 64cm), to be precise.

How long could be running...? Is it continuosly.. I hope that plz answer to start purchase.. Iam excited
