I've been buying these earplugs for years. I have small ears and these are some of the very few earplugs that fit or hurt my ears. I wore them when I lived in a studio apartment with a pet rabbit. I could barely hear her mischief at night. I still wear these earplugs but for an occasionally snoring partner. They work just as effectively! I'll continue buying these until I lose my hearing. :)

These ear plugs were perfect! I have petite ears and struggle with head phones and ear plugs staying in my ears. I used these to sleep in the same room as my mother who snores like a bear! They fit comfortably in my ears and I slept all through the night. They did not fall out or make my ears sore at all. You get a bunch of these for the price! They work great and block out sound substantially!

These ear plugs are the most comfortable and easiest to put in, out of three other ones I’ve tried for small canalsI.’ve tried Macks purple and pink, and they’re not bad but they’re sort of hard to get in my ear canal and they are longer than these and when they expand, they push out and eventually that hurts my ears. I ride a motorcycle so I wear these under my helmet. I’ve used one pair or two of the Ninos for over a week now, and they don’t over expand. The other oneI tried was the children’s airplane silicone ones even after shortening the little plastic piece that fits inside of it they still hurt my ears after about 15 minutes. Plus, they’re hard to keep up with. I don’t really know if they’re a lot quieter than the other ones, but they block out my muffler and the wind noise. I don’t have any problem hearing my helmet headset either. These are now my go to earplugs. I like that you get a lot of of them at one time. after over a year of trying different ones. I finally found ones that work for me.

HEAROS Nanos NRR 28 Noise Cancelling Foam Ear Plugs - Extra Small: These are the smallest ear plugs I've tried, and they fit one ear just fine and blocked outside sounds, even a loud truck that I could barely hear with the ear plugs in. The other ear canal is a bit smaller, and the ear plug oozed out, so I trimmed one to get a better fit. (That will require some adjusting.) Glad to find an ear plug that stays in the ear canal and is comfortable. They're a little more expensive than the others I've tried, but worth it not to hear most of the vehicle noise at night.

Perfect, I use ear plugs every night. It helps my pulsing tinnitus in one ear. I got used to wearing them and now can’t sleep without them. They are the perfect size. I carry a few in my purse. When I’m in a loud place I have them. You can still hear people closest to you but cuts the loud chatter or music.

These are the only earplugs that fit my ears that don't hurt.

These are smaller than alot of earplugs, which I was looking for. I have a small ear canal. This size works for me. T is comfortable and stays in ear.However, it does not have good noise canceling ability and barely muffled noise. I would not feel this has enough protection for use with guns/ target practice. I've realized the protective ear muffs over much better noise reduction.

Been using these for months, I have small sensitive ears and so does my boyfriend and we both can use them comfortably with mo problems while we sleep. Blocks out so much sound. He is a heavy snorer so these help me sleep through his snorer! They stay in place, I never have problems with them falling out.

There really are pretty small. Great for kids or small ears. Nice foam.

The package was open on arrival. It's at least supposed to be a sealed packet given the purpose.

I have had problems with my left ear for many years and it does not take much wind to cause an ear infection, usually at least twice a year, spring and fall. I enjoy walking outside throughout the year 5 to 8 kilometers a day and I find the standard size ear plugs are hard to keep in place. I am very pleased with these small earplugs. They slide in easily and remain in place surprisingly well. So far no ear infection.
