I am very well pleased with this product. Very clear day and night images. I will be purchasing another one very soon. I highly recommend this product.

It took me 3 days to get it working and I had to call a technically savvy person to help. Even they had difficulty getting it to link properly with the phone (Samsung phone). It sometimes doesn't immediately ring on the phone and can take up to 5 minutes before the ring happens. PIR doesn't always work as only sometimes it picks up when we leave and enter the house. The batteries are not easy to find so make sure you buy the ones with the nub on the top. The ones without don't work. The batteries are very tight and I can't just pull them out with my fingers and have to use a knife or spoon to get them started to pull out. When charging the batteries via usb in the device there is no indication when the battery is full. In fact, I can't tell how much longer is available on the batteries because the app and the device has not indicator. Also, the instructions say there is a chime you can buy that can be linked, but doesn't tell you the model or what it's called or where I can buy it and searching for hours couldn't find one on a google search. No customer support either. In short, it's a good basic video doorbell for the price, but not sure I'll be using it for long if all the connection problems continue.

Great for the price. Easy to install and set up and great quality video. Only two negatives I will say, it’s obviously heavy and unless you screw it into a wall or whatever it’s hanging on one bad storm and it’ll come flying off the wall also I put it up with new batteries and it died within a few days. So battery life doesn’t last at all. But still like this product and would recommend it. Also I had trouble finding the correct fitting batteries

Battery seem to die too quick. The motion sensor tend to go off all the time making the battery life low. Also it does not connect with your old chime. the quality of the picture is not so good at night, but mornings is fine. If you don't want to waste 50 bucks than don't buy it. Also if you want the best cheap way to see who is at your door best is a outdoor camera. don't waste money on a door bell.

The product wouldn't ring the mechanical chime in the house... it worked great on the phone, my phone would ring for everything. The speaker system is no good at all, lots of static and you can her the person on the phone at all. It doesn't come with batteries so I have to buy some at batteries plus bulbs came to $45 for the batteries plus charger... was super easy to install, down hill after that... I gave it to a buddy and he hated it as well. Don't buy it in my opinion but go ahead give it a shot.

I could not keep this device connected to either Apple or Android products. I kept getting an error saying wrong password. Makes the most annoying noise when trying to connect. I could not hear my indoor doorbell chime. I didn't realize it takes batteries that are not easy to find, and are not included. I am returning this and buying something better.

It catches maybe 50% package delivery, sends notifications when nothing is going on and freezes a lot. It's hard to capture the video of movement - I've had 75% of my packages delivered with no ability to see it/know when/etc. Sort of defeats the purpose. Shipping also took a few weeks.

Goes off on its ownI like the fact that it’s a clear view but it rings out of nowhere. I get notification of doorbell being rung when open the app to see no one is there and the video recording shows no one just the bell going off on its own. You can see the difference if it was PIR and it says bell.
